App says it needs and update for iPhone

I loved this app when I got it, and havent used in several months. When I opened today I got a pop up saying that the app developers need to update its capacity for iPhone. Used to be smooth, now is jumpy.

Could figure out how to message you guys, so wrote the review. Hope you are able to fix it.
